The following is a delivery calendar for the tree planting season 2026 thru 2027 for the ‘Farm-to-Yard’ Tree Sale. The program runs during the fall and winter months when it is best to plant trees. The dates published below show when we end our order periods and when we begin our delivery periods. We collect orders in batches and deliver trees in batches. We will do our best to deliver your tree to you as close to the delivery date as possible but tree delivery is significantly influenced by weather and other factors that are out of our control. If delivery dates change, we will send communications about these changes and keep you in the know.

This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date; actual timing may vary due to weather, tree availability, seasonal volume, or vendor scheduling. If your order has not been fulfilled within 60 days of purchase, contact help@treeconservationcorps.org for a status update.
Trees ordered between January 20th thru March 17th will be delivered the last week of March (the week of March 30th). This will be the last batch of trees for the program.
Trees ordered between December 23rd thru January 19th will be delivered the first week of February (the week of February 3rd). Orders received after January 19th will be delivered in March’s Order Batch (the last week of March).
Trees ordered between November 18th thru December 22nd will be delivered the second week of January (the week of January 6th). Orders received after December 22nd will be delivered in February’s Order Batch (the first week of February).
Trees ordered between October 21st thru Nov. 17th will be delivered the first week of December (the week of December 2nd). Orders received after November 17th will be delivered in January’s Order Batch (the second week of January).
Trees ordered between October 1st thru October 20th will be delivered the first week of November (the week of November 4th). Orders received after October 20th will be delivered in December’s Order Batch (the first week of December).
